PUMPING STATIONS
WASTE WATER PUMPING STATIONS – SEPARATION PUMPING STATION AMADS3
Dedicated for pumping waste water with high content of solid particles that do not get into the pumps.
ADVANTAGES
- for pumping waste water from sewer networks, at large and small contamination sources, by great distances and transportation altitudes, possibilities to install to the existing pumping stations with diameter from 2 m
ADVANTAGES IN COMPARISON WITH CONVENTIONAL PS
- pumps protected against gross impurities remaining in the pipelines, pumping the separated waste water without being clogged, unmanned service, reliable, odourless, easy access, clean installation, maintenance also during operation, energy saving, cost effective operation, operation monitoring
FUNCTION DESCRIPTION - INLET: DN 125 – DN 500
- waste water flows into the separation section, solid particles are temporarily gathered in the separation section, cleaned waste water flows into the accumulation tank.
Pumping procedure: - pump turned on, the pressure closes inlet valve, pump is pumping waste water from the tank and discharges to the discharge piping, the flow transport solid substances caught in the separation section
Pumped medium: - waste water highly contaminated by solid particles, pH 4 – 10, temperature to 40°C
